ERPOA Board Meetings will be held as necessary, based on issues confronting the Eagle Ranch proper. Board meetings are being held at the home of any one of the Board of Directors.
All Eagle Ranch members are welcome to attend Board meetings, but only Officers can vote, except at the Annual Meeting. Should you wish to introduce a topic at an upcoming Board meeting, you must contact a Board Member prior to the meeting to be included on the agenda.
President’s Message - 2024
The Board has been diligent in attempts to reduce the delinquent amounts owed. Three delinquent accounts have been referred to our attorney for collection, up to and including foreclosure on the property involved. The Board was able to recently collect on one of those three but we currently have two large amounts still owed to the ERPOA. The Board will continue to pursue all options to reduce the number of delinquencies.
The annual assessment proposed for 2025 will remain the same at $595.00. The Board has a goal to keep that assessment in place for several years without any additional increases to the annual assessment. Prompt payment is helpful in controlling costs.
The Board was unable to establish an electronic payment system due to the costs involved. The Board was unwilling to absorb the cost for electronic payments and felt that the membership would not be willing to pay individually for the additional cost. Checks will continue to be accepted for payment.
2024 is an election year for the ERPOA Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of unpaid volunteers who donate a lot of time to the management of the ERPOA. Please appreciate their efforts. Please consider running for the Board. Matt has decided not to run for election to the Board so at least one position will be open. Matt currently serves as Secretary as well as website administrator. An individual that would like to serve as Secretary will be appreciated. Anyone that has interest in managing the website does not necessarily need to be a Board member.
If interested in serving on the Board in the future, please let me know and I will make sure you are invited to current Board meetings to get a better understanding of ERPOA operations.
Thanks again to each and every Member that has provided volunteer service to the ERPOA over the years from mowing weeds along the roads, to maintaining entrances to the subdivision, to serving on the Board or helping the Board function smoothly. Those efforts are appreciated!
I hope to see all of you at the Annual Membership Meeting in December. Best wishes to all of you.
