2026 Annual Meeting Notice

Registration starts at 10:00 AM. Meeting will be called to order at 10:30.

Please attend and consider volunteering to serve on the Board. This is an election year.
***The Notice of Annual Meeting, Agenda, Proposed Budget, Financial Reports, and Proxy Form are located in the drop down below, and the President's Message for 2026 is further down on this page.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please return the proxy form per instructions with your vote on the budget and any questions you may wish to have addressed. The proxies must be returned by 5 PM, Saturday, October 17, 2026, if you will not be attending the meeting.

Therefore, as of December 4, 2023, a $30 fee will be assessed for changes to your mailing or email addresses that are not reported to the ERPOA prior to the current billing or annual meeting notices.
